Refund & Exchange Policy
REFUNDS
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for :
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Personal preference
Refunds are considered only for defective items.
To request a defect review :
- Notify us within 48 hours of purchase
- Provide your receipt
- Item must remain in original condition
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible :
- Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- All original tags & packaging must be intact
- A valid receipt is required
- Item must be in resalable condition
Exchanges are :
- In-store only
- Subject to stock availability
FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON-EXCHANGEABLE)
The following items are strictly non-exchangeable:
- Swimwear
- Hair accessories (including hair clips)
- All promotional / markdown / sale items

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
- Payments confirmed before 12:00 PM → shipped the same day
- Payments confirmed after 12:00 PM → shipped the next business day

Ski Collection
- Free Registered Shipping (Thailand Post)
- EMS Express available at THB 250 additional charge
Other Collections
(All non-ski items)
- Flat shipping rate : THB 100
MESSENGER PICKUP
Customers may arrange their own messenger for store pickup.
- Pickup location: Our store branch
- Customer is fully responsible for :
- Booking the messenger
- Messenger fees
- Coordination and timing
Messenger pickup is available during mall operating hours.
